The Oaks Grille is an upscale country club restaurant at the Valencia TPC golf course.  They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner, so you can fill up before or after T'ing off any time of the day.  The restaurant is also open to the public.  Their appetizer menu includes tasty gourmet items like tuna tartar, wild mushroom tart, shrimp scampi, and a cheese plate.  And their entree menu includes items like duck confit, cedar smoked salmon, steaks, and lobster.  They've also got some great salads like fresh melon salad, roasted beet carpaccio salad, and the regulars.  This is a good place to enjoy fine dining and taste a little something out of the ordinary.
