Horrible! Went to take my kids to the bathroom and when we got back to the table our food was gone! The waitress just shrugged her shoulders, no apologies. Another time I went in to get a dozen cookies. The girl just stared at me, after about a minute I had to tell her that meant 12. Most recently, my girlfriend brought over cake for the Holidays that were DISGUSTING! Burnt, previously frozen, inedible. Never again will we ever step foot in this miserable place.

I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know here in Santa Clarita not to ever eat there. Off my list forever.RUDE RUDE RUDE owner.

The service is terrible, the food is mediocre and the prices are outrageous! There are too many other great places to eat in Valencia, especially the mall, I wouldn't waste my money on this one!!! The owner, manager and waiters are all rude.

I have been going to this place for years now. A tradition staple in the Santa Clarita Valley, this place has seen other bagel chains come and go, yet it remains strong. My personal favorite is the jalapeno and Cheese, toasted, light cream cheese. They also make a good cup of coffee.
