They have a huge menu and everything we had has been wonderful. They combine the pan fried noodles with the veggies, etc. right in front of you and it sizzles up nicely. They have been in the Santa Clarita Valley for as long as I can remember. Now that they have remolded the entire place, it has a new up-to-date look, but the same great cooking. There dumplings are great, as well as the walnut chicken, her personal favorite. Me I am partial to the pork crispy noodle.
