Spumoni is an old fashioned Italian restaurant. They serve all the classics, including pizzas, pastas, seafood, and more, and they have a great wine selection. Start your meal with a salad like spinach, Greek, Ceaser, caprino (romaine, sun dried tomatoes, and pine nuts) and more. Or just eat the bread, which is served with a delicious warm olive tapenade. They've also got some great appetizers like fried calamari, homemade meatballs, shrimp scampi, and an antipasti plate. For the main course, Spumoni has a great selection of pastas (including gnocchi) and their pizzas are delicious. They are made in a brick oven with a homemade crust that is cooked to perfection. Their seafood dishes are great too, made with fresh seafood and cooked well. Try their pasta vongole. It's hard to find good pasta vongole in Santa Clarita. And of course they have dessert. Their tiramisu is to die for.
