So Kong Dong Soon Tofu House is one of the few Korean restaurants in Santa Clarita.  Thank goodness it's a good one.  It's owned and operated by a Korean family, so you know it's authentic.  You start your meal with small dishes of appetizers, including potato salad, pickled bean sprouts, the infamous kimchi (fermented pickled cabbage...it's much better than it sounds), and other goodies.  And then you get into the main dishes like japche (glass noodles with beef), bibimbap (veggies with a fried egg on top) and hot pot (veggies and meat cooked in a hot broth).  They also serve the famous Korean BBQ which is tender cuts of beef (like the ribs) marinated in this sweet delicious BBQ sauce and then grilled.  For Korean food, this hits the spot.
