Description

 

El Chaparral is part of the Presidente restaurant group.  They serve up traditional Mexican fare, like fajitas, tacos, burritos and tostadas.  They also serve tasty salads with goodies like grilled chicken or avocado and shrimp.  The seafood selection is pretty good, and they have some unique offerings, like spicy ribs cooked Mexican style.  Don't forget to try a margarita.  One of those bad boys plus chips and salsa equals one nice way to end the week.
