Description

Red Brick pizza specializes in gourmet pizzas and has a number of unique specialty pizzas on their menu.  Try their four cheese, roasted garlic chicken (or shrimp), Thai chicken, Hawaiian, bacon cheeseburger, Greek, prosciutto, mushrooms & arugula, pizza bianco, or pizza buffalo.  They have a new pizza out, the pizza rustica, which features a thin and crisp crust and lots of tasty toppings.  Not in the mood for pizza?  Try one of their sandwiches or fresh chopped salads.  Their sandwiches are made with Italian flat bread and fire roasted.  And don't forget to top your meal off with some creamy delicious gelato.  They rotate between fifty flavors with a choice of twelve each day!

Great Thin Crust Pizza

A favorite for thin crust pizza. I like deep dish, but RedBrick makes such a great thin crust, we go their often. Their sauce and cheese is high quality and you can taste it. Their at the table TV's sometimes work, but not always.
