A worldclass chef is hiding in a tiny restaruant in a strip mall. The seafood is really wonderfull, and instead of finding my favorite dish, and ordering every time I go in, every dish I order is fantastic. I am still exploring the menu. If your palate is the least bit adventurous, you have to try Peruvian food. I have been to Peru twice, but I never ate food like this in Peru.
You have to try it!
